These terms govern purchases made through the MistaPrinta online store at www.mistaprinta.com.

This address is the entrepreneur's registered office only. It is not a retail store, pickup point or location for in-person returns.

Orders and conclusion of the contract

An order is placed by submitting the order form in the online store. Before submitting it, the customer can review and edit the entered information. We confirm receipt by email. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.

Prices and payment

The seller is not registered for VAT. Displayed prices are final and VAT is not added. Available payment methods are shown in the cart or checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping and delivery

Available delivery methods and prices are shown in the cart or checkout. Processing time for custom-made or 3D-printed products may vary depending on production capacity and the nature of the order. We will inform the customer of any significant delay.

Custom-made and personalised products

Some products are made or modified to the customer's requirements. The statutory 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply, to the extent provided by law, to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

Consumers may withdraw from a contract for standard goods within 14 days of receipt. Detailed instructions are provided in our returns and complaints policy.

After notifying us, all returns and complaints are submitted free of charge at a Packeta / Zásilkovna pickup point using return code 97891511. Do not send goods to the registered-office address.

Alternative dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes: Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz/informace-o-adr/.

Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. These terms do not affect the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
