Delivery

Orders are shipped using the carriers shown at checkout, including Packeta / Zásilkovna pickup points and lockers where available. The exact price depends on the destination country, selected delivery method and order contents.

Processing time

We prepare in-stock products for dispatch as soon as possible. Processing time for custom-made, personalised or 3D-printed products may vary depending on complexity and current production capacity. We will notify you of any significant delay.

Payment

Available payment methods and the final amount are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. MistaPrinta is not registered for VAT; displayed prices are final and VAT is not added.

Returns and complaints

See our returns and complaints policy for full instructions. After notifying us, returns and complaints can be submitted free of charge at a Packeta / Zásilkovna pickup point using return code 97891511. Do not send goods to the registered-office address.
